I use Avoma for listening to sales calls and recording recruiting and internal calls. It's really helpful with not having to take a ton of notes during each call I'm in, which allows me to be more present. I like the Ask Avoma AI feature because I can look up anything and there's always context from the system and all the calls I've been on; it saves me a ton of time by not having to manually go into calls and search through transcripts. I can just ask it a question and it processes the system to find the answer, providing all the context I need from all the call histories, which is really helpful. I also find the transcript feature and summary feature excellent for recapping calls so I can just skim and not have to relisten to everything. Additionally, the initial setup of Avoma was very easy for me.

The way Avoma categorizes meetings and handles transcription is seamless. Beyond that, the 'Ask Avoma' feature is incredibly robust, allowing us to get much more value out of our conversations.
